The Total Solace Story
This is me
I have experienced first-hand the power of counselling, reflexology, herbal medicine, and other holistic modalities to promote healing and wellbeing, and wanted to make these services more accessible to the community and help others.
During the Covid pandemic, I recognised the the urgent requirement for support and overall wellbeing. I wanted to make a difference and ensure people in need didn't get lost in a system that was already struggling.
Throughout my personal journey of over 30 years I have found good and bad therapists, ensuring that I strive to give all my clients the very best service available as I learn from the very best.
I am a registered MBACP Counsellor, Reflexologist, Healer and Psychic and love having the ability to change others lives for the better.
