This is us
We have experienced first-hand the power of counselling, reflexology, herbal medicine, and other holistic modalities to promote healing and wellbeing, and wanted to make these services more accessible to the community and help others.
During the Covid pandemic, we recognised the the urgent requirement for support and overall wellbeing. We wanted to make a difference and ensure people in need didn't get lost in a system that was already struggling.
Throughout our personal journeys of over 30 years we have found good and bad therapists, ensuring that we strive to give all our clients the very best service available as we learn from the very best.
Lucy is a registered MBACP Counsellor, Reflexologist, Healer and Psychic, Adele has over 20 years experience in the beauty therapy business and is now with us offering Massage, Waxing and Crystal Healing.
