I feel like I have been away on a daydream! I thoroughly enjoyed the treatment although I'm not sure how conscious I was for all of it - I drifted off to a lovely place. I feel tired but in a very relaxed way. I don't remember reflexology being so relaxing before. I would absolutely recommend this.
